I was searching for someone to help me sort out my Computer as I am a 70-year-old and do not understand a lot when it comes to the technical side of computers. Well what can I say it was and still is (as I haven't finished), Raj put me in contact with Tim. Tim's patience, and knowledge are second to none, he is very clear and concise with his instructions and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is too much trouble for Tim. Also more importantly I never felt that I was stupid and asked for a lot of guidance which he did. Our son is a network engineer and I cannot understand when I ask a question as he talks in computer jargon. I was recommended by a colleague and WOW I HAVE BEEN BLOWN AWAY. Responsive when there is a problem, and always seeing requests all the way through to completion. The initial advice on setting up the tech environment for my business was also important. With the proper set up my apps and logins work across multiple locations and devices. Remote monitoring has shown benefits with Neon Tech recently identifying a malware and proactively calling me to fix it. Very happy.
